In addition to personal coaching, Tom works with leaders and organizations on vision, strategy, and growth. Tom combines spiritual guidance with entrepreneurial insight to help clients step fully into the identity and calling God has placed on their lives.
Terri’s Coaching Focus
Terri is a faith-driven business coach and operator who partners with companies to strengthen organizational systems and create cohesive, efficient operations. She focuses on office management, HR, contracts, insurance, workflow optimization, and bridging the gap between leadership and daily operations. With decades of entrepreneurial experience, including co-owning a $6 million corporation with Tom, Terri helps leaders monitor cashflow, identify financial discrepancies, and implement practical solutions that improve accountability and long-term stability.
In addition to business coaching, Terri also offers one-on-one mentorship for women, drawing from her experience as a mother of four grown children and grandmother of fourteen.
